Welcome to the School

The Offsite Management School has been developed to allow the supply chain in the construction industry to address the challenges set by the UK Construction Strategy 2025. The three key challenges are to construct infrastructure, building and homes that use 50% less CO2, deliver projects in half the time and reduce the cost of these assets over their operating lifetime by 33%.

These are huge challenges for our industry and ones that we will not meet without thinking differently and transforming the way we build. Its not just a move to offsite construction, but a rethink of the construction process from design through to occupation. We call this a process of Construction Industrialisation. Whatever your role in the five stages you see below the School will provide you with a range of best in class resources that will allow you to think strategically about the implications for your business.

Co-investment from our Partners means its completely free of charge to become a member and this will allow you to access an extensive range of free practical support in the form of e-learning modules, tailored skills-assessment and action plans, training workshops and networking opportunities.
